CEC Registration for 2019-2020 Classes

Payment

Information

The annual registration fee is $50 per family (not per student) until June 30, 2019. Online registrations are not considered complete until the registration fee has been paid. The annual registration fee increases to $65 between July 1 and July 30, and $80 if received after August 1, 2019. If the student withdraws before school begins, the annual registration fee is non-refundable.

Tuition fees are due 40% by August 1, 2019, 30% due by November 1, 2019, and the remaining 30% due February 1st for students taking more than one class. If a student is enrolling in only one class, full tuition is due by August 1, 2019. If a student withdraws before school begins, then a tuition refund will be given. However, a $20 processing fee will be retained for each class.

In order to keep prices low for everyone, we only accept checks, cash, or money orders. Make checks payable to CEC and mail it to:

To finalize your registration, make sure you mail us your Registration FeeStatements of Agreement and Payment Agreement/Risk Release Waiver. Don’t forget to fill out the Registration Form linked at the bottom of this page — it’s essential in order to be registered for CEC! Also, please note that tuition isn’t due until August 1st.

30 Week Classes: $400

 

15 Week Digital Art Class: $200

 

Lab Fee for all Science Classes: $15

To complete the Statements of Agreement, you’ll first need to read our Fellowship Agreement and our Parent Handbook.

Canceling your

Registration

If at any time you need to cancel your CEC registration, please email us at doreen@cecfranconia.com.

Full payment (100%) of the tuition is due even if the enrolled student does not finish the course(s). This is standard practice among private school options and must be considered before enrolling your child. Commitments to teachers and other costs are made before the beginning of the academic year. Teachers also make commitments to teach based on enrolled students.
