Countdown to 2018-2019 CEC Class Registration Opening








Join us on April 26th at 7pm at Franconia Mennonite Church for our Open House evening, where you’ll have the chance to learn about CEC from both the parents and students. Immediately following the meeting, online registration will be opening.

Registration for the 2018-2019 school year will open on April 26, 2018.

Payment Info:

The annual registration fee is $45 per family (not per student) until June 30, 2018. Online registrations are not considered complete until the registration fee has been paid. The annual registration fee increases to $60 between July 1 and July 30, and $80 if received after August 1, 2018. If the student withdraws before school begins, the annual registration fee is non-refundable.

Tuition fees are due 50% by August 1, 2018, and the balance is due January 8, 2019. If a student is enrolling in only one class, full tuition is due by August 1, 2018. If a student withdraws before school begins, then a tuition refund will be given. However, a $20 processing fee will be retained for each class.

Cancelling your Registration

If at any time you need to cancel your CEC registration, please email us at dmcilwraith@cecsouderton.com.

Full payment (100%) of the tuition is due even if the enrolled student does not finish the course(s). This is standard practice among private school options and must be considered before enrolling your child. Commitments to teachers and other costs are made before the beginning of the academic year. Teachers also make commitments to teach based on enrolled students.
