Modern History II
Grades 9th – 12th
1900 to the present is a time of profound change. From the beginning of flight, two world wars, the rise of technology and terrorism students will learn to think with a Christian worldview as they gain an appreciation for this exciting period in history. There will be a research paper on a modern era topic of their choice and an oral presentation of the paper in the spring. There will also be at least one movie night where we will watch and discuss a movie relevant to our studies. This course is worth 1 credit.
